This module aims to strengthen a leadership attitude that inspires, differentiating between formal and informal authority. It seeks to foster connectivity and the value of conversations, and to develop a more conscious and strategic approach to conflict, understanding its dimensions, resolution styles, and possibilities for resolution.

Communication, Negotiation, and Conflict Management

This module aims to develop key communication skills for leadership, promoting awareness of the observer's role and inferences. It incorporates tools such as active listening, paraphrasing, and assertiveness, and provides strategies to facilitate negotiations.

Validate Your New Skills

To achieve certification, teachers must significantly engage with the course material by reading content, watching videos, reflecting on various proposals, and submitting all required activities and surveys.
