What is the course about?

In a context of ongoing social, cultural, and technological transformations, schools are also places where the inherent tensions of a changing society emerge. Leadership teams must adopt a strategic role to manage these complexities, understanding that the school environment is no longer exclusively a space for transmitting knowledge, but also for care, containment, and mediation.

Given this landscape, "Boost Your Leadership" offers a training program specifically designed to support leadership teams in building meaningful and transformative responses.
