We are a non-profit organization founded in 2005 with operations in Latin America.
We create educational experiences that support young people in building their life plans, focusing on those in situations of poverty.
We believe the best way to achieve this is by developing skills so they can access the workforce, continue their education, and live with a strong commitment to others.

A multicultural training space for young people aged 17 to 24. It allows us to apply training methodologies and learn with controlled groups of young people.

Collaboration and training spaces with public school teachers and administrators, which opens new opportunities to reach hundreds of thousands of young people in their final years of schooling.
On-demand Resources
Ecosystems of dynamic digital experiences—games, courses, and interactive resources—that guide millions of young people toward their future educational and career goals.
