What is the course about?
The power of education beyond the classroom. Is your school ready to inspire and guide its students toward the future?
BOOST is a professional development and support program designed to strengthen the educator’s role in guiding students as they build their life paths.
It is an immersive experience that bridges the gap between emotional and pedagogical growth, combining personal reflection, collaborative work, and practical classroom resources.
A personal experience for educators, providing practical resources to replicate in the classroom.
Workshop 1: Connecting with Your Present
This session offers a pause to look at the present with honesty. Educators will engage in a personal connection experience to reflect on their values, current achievements, and ongoing challenges.
Classroom Practice: Using adapted pedagogical guides, teachers will replicate this experience with their students. This helps students explore who they are today, what drives them, and what direction they want for their lives, sparking purposeful conversations.
Workshop 2: Recognizing and Revaluing Your Skills
An invitation to identify personal strengths through significant life moments. We emphasize the learning that emerges from real-life, unplanned experiences.
Classroom Practice: Teachers will help students put their existing skills into words, translating their lived experiences into concrete resources that build the confidence needed to plan for the future with security.
Workshop 3: Project: Imagining a Life Paths
Using powerful questioning and visualization exercises, this workshop creates a space to imagine desired scenarios, identify motivations, and map out achievable small steps.
Classroom Practice: Students are guided to express their desires and inspirations. This is a key tool for boosting forward-thinking and the active, real construction of their own path.
Workshop 4: Activating Resources to Move Forward
A session to activate personal strategies by recognizing past achievements and engaging in peer exchange. The goal is to identify current challenges and reclaim tools that have proven effective before.
Classroom Practice: Students will learn to view obstacles from a new perspective, recognizing their own internal resources to enhance their autonomy and move forward with clarity.
