What do we do?
We develop innovative teacher training programs to be implemented in all educational systems in Latin America and to help teachers´work have a greater impact on their students. Teachers from Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Chile and Mexico have already taken our courses.

Why do we work with teachers?
We do so, because they are key players in the lives of teenagers and young people in Latin America. We believe that by providing teachers with the tools and methodologies we develop, we contribute to their practices and enhance the improvement of educational systems.

What is our approach?
We provide resources, contents and tools to teachers and educational therapists to support young people in their transition to their adult lives. From our approach, it is essential to establish a bond of trust and respect to enable emotions and work together so that young people feel seen, heard, and accepted. We focus on supporting and developing key socio-emotional and digital skills necessary for future jobs and adapting to changing scenarios.
